Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture and design of AI-driven Pega solutions, covering application architecture, data modeling, case management, UI/UX, workflows, and integration architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.

- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to System Architects, Senior System Architects, and Pega developers, ensuring adherence to Pega best practices, governance standards, and delivery excellence.

- Design and implement scalable enterprise integrations between Pega and external systems using REST, SOAP, databases, Pega connectors, and third-party platforms, applying appropriate enterprise integration patterns.

- Leverage and provide architectural guidance across Pega frameworks and solutions including Customer Service (CS), Customer Decision Hub (CDH), Robotics, and KYC.

- Design and support enterprise reporting and data solutions using Pega BIX, with strong understanding of OLTP/OLAP, data marts, data warehouses, and reporting architectures.

- Identify application performance bottlenecks and lead performance engineering initiatives covering application scalability, responsiveness, database interactions, integrations, and overall operational efficiency.

- Ensure Pega applications meet enterprise security and data-privacy requirements, including SSO, SSL, encryption, RBAC, ABAC, and PCI-DSS compliance considerations.

- Drive practical implementation of Pega AI capabilities, particularly Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, and identify opportunities to embed AI into business processes and Pega applications.

- Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand business challenges, evaluate technical options, communicate architecture decisions, and provide structured, solution-oriented recommendations.

- Contribute to architecture governance, technical standards, solution reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement while acting as a trusted technical advisor across Pega engagements.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience working with the Pega platform and related frameworks.

- Strong experience in Pega Solution Architecture and enterprise application design.

- Proven experience as a Pega Lead System Architect / Senior System Architect or equivalent technical leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of Pega application architecture, case management, data modeling, UI/UX, workflows, and integration architecture.

- Hands-on experience with Pega frameworks such as Customer Service (CS), CDH, Robotics, and KYC.

- Strong experience with enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, databases, Pega connectors, and third-party platforms.

- Strong understanding of Pega BIX, OLTP/OLAP, Data Marts, and Data Warehouse architectures.

- Experience with Pega performance tuning, scalability, and performance engineering.

- Good working knowledge of Pega security capabilities, including SSO, SSL, encryption, RBAC, ABAC, and PCI-DSS.

- Strong practical knowledge of Pega AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutioning.

- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, stakeholder-management, and presentation skills.

- Strong ability to lead technical teams and collaborate effectively across functions.

- Experience in the Financial Services domain is highly preferred.
