Role Overview :

As the TMS Solution Architect at CCBJI, you will lead the design and implementation of Blue Yonder (BY) TMS solutions aligned with business and supply chain objectives.

You will work closely with business and technology teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, ensure seamless integration with SAP and other systems, and drive the end-to-end delivery of BY TMS projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work as solution architect for BY TMS implementation

- Extensive knowledge of Blue Yonder TMS modules and their functionality.

- Proven experience working as a Solution Architect, with a focus on Blue Yonder's TMS solutions

- Functional knowledge of Transport Modeling, tariff management, optimization engines, freight audit & pay, rate engines, Yard Management within TMS ecosystems

- Strong understanding of integration with ERP and other planning systems, and other technical aspects related to TMS implementation

- Contribute in the planning of the overall roadmap of BY TMS IT strategy

- Demonstrate leadership and influence to align stakeholders, including business leaders and partners

- Leads complex supply chain projects and ensures the success of enterprise-level application deployments

- Act as the owner of key projects responsible for understanding requirements in the area of BY TMS

- Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet the needs of CCBJI business while aligning with the overall design

- Work closely with process and technology teams to implement solutions for various supply chain functions, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with overall business objectives

- Ensure solutions are deployed strategically, leveraging best practices and lessons learned from previous implementations to drive efficiency and consistency across the organization

- Conduct thorough requirement gathering and design workshops, working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the solution are considered

- Drive project execution for BY TMS, overseeing the end-to-end delivery process and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

- Validate requirements gathered from business and proposed solutions from partners, ensuring they align with business objectives and technical standards

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Experience : Minimum 6 years of overall experience, including at least 4-5 years of experience in Blue Yonder (BY) TMS implementation.

- Proven experience as a BY TMS Solution Architect, Solution Lead, or in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of BY TMS modules, including Transportation Modeling, Optimization, Rate/Tariff Management, Freight Audit & Pay, and Yard Management.

- Experience in integrating BY TMS with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

- Experience in end-to-end TMS implementation, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in FMCG/CPG, food, or beverage industry is preferred.

- Fluency in English
