Blue Prism Developer - RPA

Position : Blue Prism RPA Developer (5-10 Years, Mumbai)

Location : Mumbai, India

Experience : 5 -10 Years

Core Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test & deploy Blue Prism RPA solutions (v6.x/v7.x). Work with analysts/stakeholders for process automation, assessments, reusable frameworks, exception handling, UAT, production support & governance. Mentor juniors & ensure RPA best practices.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- Blue Prism expertise : Object Studio, Process Studio, Control Room

- RPA lifecycle & architecture mastery

- Integration : Web/Desktop apps, Excel/PDF/Email, Mainframe (preferred)

- SQL databases + Version Control/Deployment

- .NET/C#/VB/VBA (good to have)

Domain & Process Skills :

- Banking/Finance/Insurance/Telecom/Healthcare automation experience

- PDD/SDD/Technical documentation

- Agile/Waterfall delivery models

Qualifications :

- 5-10 years hands-on Blue Prism development

- Strong analytical/problem-solving + stakeholder communication

- Independent worker with minimal supervision

Nice to Have :

- Blue Prism Certification (Developer/Professional/Solution Designer)

- Production bot monitoring & Control Room scheduling
