Blockchain Lead/Architect - Golang/Rust

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Blockchain Engineer with strong expertise in Go and Rust to design, develop, and scale blockchain-based applications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cloud environments, DevOps practices, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), along with a strong understanding of distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure blockchain-based applications and services.

- Build high-performance backend systems using Go and Rust.

- Lead the architecture and implementation of blockchain solutions across cloud platforms such as GCP or similar environments.

- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of systems by applying SRE principles.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and DevOps to deliver robust solutions.

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and improve release cycles.

- Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate using Kubernetes.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system resilience.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, following Kanban methodology for efficient task management.

- Stay updated with emerging blockchain technologies and propose improvements to existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Expert-level proficiency in Go (Golang) and Rust.

- Strong experience in building and deploying blockchain applications.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and cloud-native architectures.

- Solid understanding of distributed systems, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic principles.

- Experience with DevOps tools including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD frameworks (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

- Prior experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) including monitoring, logging, and incident management.

- Familiarity with Kanban Agile methodology and modern development workflows.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
