Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Blockchain Developer to design, develop, and implement decentralized applications (dApps) and blockchain-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in blockchain frameworks, smart contracts, and distributed ledger technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity or other relevant languages

- Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) on platforms such as Ethereum, Polygon, or similar

- Work with blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic principles

- Integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems and APIs

- Ensure security, performance, and scalability of blockchain applications

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, frontend, and product teams

- Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing blockchain applications

- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in blockchain space

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4-8 years of software development experience, with strong focus on blockchain technologies

- Hands-on experience with Solidity and smart contract development

- Experience with Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar blockchain platforms

- Strong understanding of cryptography, distributed systems, and peer-to-peer networks

- Experience with Web3.js / Ethers.js

- Familiarity with NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155) and DeFi concepts is a plus

- Strong programming skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies

Good to Have :

- Experience with Layer 2 solutions

- Knowledge of tokenomics and crypto-economic models

- Experience in security audits of smart contracts

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

- Good communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
