Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Applications Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our IT applications, ensuring seamless integration, automation, and workflow improvements.

Core focus:

- Okta Workflows, SSO, SCIM and API integrations

- IAM and enterprise IT applications

- Automating manual processes with reliable workflows and scripts

- Connecting SaaS platforms such as Slack, Google Drive, DocuSign and PagerDuty

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and optimize core IT applications including Okta, Slack, Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, and Zoom.

- Implement and maintain integrations, automations, and workflows across IT applications.

- Support and improve automated onboarding and offboarding processes.

- Manage identity and access across IT applications, including role-based access control (RBAC).

- Conduct periodic user and admin access reviews and participate in HIPAA and PCI audits.

- Provide Tier 2/3 support to the IT Helpdesk and resolve complex issues independently.

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in administering IT applications.

- Expertise in Okta, Intune, JAMF, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Zoom, and AzureAD.

- Strong experience in Identity and Access Management and Role-Based Access Control.

- Proven experience in automating processes and integrating IT applications.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
