Binary Semantics - Tech Lead - .Net

Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Dot Net Tech Lead to join our dynamic team.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Work across the full stack to deliver features and improve reliability.

- Refactor and harden prototype-level code to production-grade quality.

- Collaborate closely with product management and non-technical stakeholders to help shape and clarify requirements.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices.

- Help evolve our architecture and dev processes as we grow.

- (Bonus) Leverage AI-assisted development tools to increase productivity and quality.

What Were Looking For :

- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.

Strong expertise with :

1. C#/.NET Core for APIs and services

2. Experience with Cloud

3. SQL Server and relational data modeling

4. Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, DevOps, etc.)

- Experience improving or reworking prototype-quality codebases.

- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and refining requirements with product owners.

- (Preferred) Experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) in a dev workflow.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

- Exposure to security best practices in cloud and backend development.
