Binary Semantics - Product Development Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Development Analyst with a strong background in the Fintech domain and a deep understanding of the software product development lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have worked end-to-end on at least two software product development cycles and be passionate about driving innovation in financial technology.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to define product requirements and roadmaps.

- Analyze customer needs and the Fintech market to help shape the direction of product development.

- Translate business needs into detailed Product Requirement Documents, user stories, and wireframes.

- Participate and contribute actively in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle from ideation and design to development, testing, and go-live.

- Monitor product performance post-launch and help drive product iterations and enhancements based on user feedback and market trends.

- Coordinate across cross-functional teams including engineering, UI/UX, QA, and sales to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.

- Conduct market, competitive, and regulatory research within the Fintech domain.

- Ensure product features align with compliance, security, and scalability needs of the Fintech ecosystem.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 5+ years of overall experience in software product roles, with minimum 3 years in Fintech product companies.

- Proven experience in at least two full product development cycles.

- Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and product lifecycle management.

- Strong analytical, documentation, and product research skills.

- Ability to break down complex business requirements into structured documentation and features.

- Experience working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Trello, or similar.

- Understanding of APIs, data flows, and modern Fintech tech stacks.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Background in Finance, Banking, NBFCs, Payment Gateways, or related financial services.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or equivalent.

- Experience with UX/UI principles and working closely with design teams.

- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in the Fintech space is a plus.
