Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager AI/ML & Generative AI to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of advanced AI-driven initiatives.

The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams of data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to successfully deliver scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions aligned with business objectives.

This role requires strong project leadership, deep understanding of AI technologies, Agile methodologies, and experience delivering complex data and machine learning programs from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities :

AI / ML Project Delivery :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI projects from ideation to deployment.

- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality metrics.

- Coordinate development across Data Science, Data Engineering, ML Engineering, and Software teams.

- Ensure AI models move through the full lifecycle including data preparation, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.

Program & Stakeholder Management :

- Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.

- Define project goals, KPIs, and success metrics for AI initiatives.

- Present project updates, risks, and delivery milestones to leadership.

- Manage vendor relationships and external AI technology partners.

Agile & Delivery Management :

- Implement Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies for AI and data projects.

- Conduct sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Track delivery metrics such as sprint velocity, model performance, and ROI.

AI Strategy & Innovation :

- Identify high-value AI and GenAI use cases including :

- Natural Language Processing (NLP)

- Computer Vision

- Predictive Analytics

- Recommendation Systems

- Generative AI / LLM applications

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define AI roadmaps and innovation strategies.

Governance & Compliance :

- Ensure adherence to AI governance, ethical AI practices, data privacy, and security policies.

- Monitor model bias, explainability, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or Engineering.

- 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years managing AI/ML or Data Science projects.

- Proven experience delivering large-scale AI, ML, or Generative AI initiatives.

- Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycle and data pipelines.
