Description :

We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer to join our growing engineering team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development experience, a problem-solving mindset, and hands-on exposure to scalable systems.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang.

- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Work closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

- Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.

- Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of overall backend development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Golang.

- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.

- Good understanding of databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB).

- Experience with Git and version control systems.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.

- Understanding of system design and scalability concepts.

Good to Have:

- Experience working in product-based or SaaS environments.

- Exposure to message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
