What would you be doing/ Expected from this role?

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary product design team

- Drive strategic design decisions across multiple product streams

- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define product vision, roadmap, and execution

- Collaborate with visual designers and motion designer to create aesthetically beautiful and delightful interface.

- Translate insights, research, and business needs into intuitive product experiences

- Set and maintain a high bar for design craft, usability, and accessibility

- Build predictable processes for reviews, feedback, collaboration, and delivery

- Oversee end-to-end design-from discovery to launch and iteration

- Partner closely with UX Research, Content Design, and Design System teams

- Ensure alignment with brand and platform guidelines across experiences

- Advocate for users in key decision-making spaces and represent design leadership

- Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and performance development of designers

Who are we looking for?

- 8+ years of experience in product/UX design with at least 2+ years in a leadership role

- Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped products across platforms (web, Android/iOS)

- Experience managing and growing design teams

- Strong storytelling and cross-functional collaboration skills

- Ability to simplify complex data and workflows into elegant experiences

- Expertise working with design systems and scalable patterns

- Solid understanding of research methods and analytics-based decision making

- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience in e-commerce / marketplace / B2C

- Familiarity with motion, illustration, and tools like rive/lottie etc

- Designed with AI workflow is plus
