About the Role :

Beem is hiring a Senior Web Developer to take end-to-end technical ownership of our Next.js-based website and lead its transformation into a high-performance, SEO-optimized, accessible, and scalable web platform.

The current website requires significant performance, SEO, and architectural improvements. This role will partner closely with Design, Product, and SEO teams to deliver a production-grade experience optimized for users, search engines, and modern web standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own technical development and performance of trybeem.com including SEO, accessibility, security, and deployment.

- Implement homepage redesign and responsive UI across breakpoints.

- Improve technical SEO including structured data, heading hierarchy, crawlability, and server-side rendering.

- Optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) through image optimization, lazy loading, code splitting, and performance tuning.

- Build scalable landing and comparison pages with SEO-optimized architecture.

- Integrate and manage a headless CMS (Sanity.io or Contentful).

- Implement analytics, monitoring, and performance tracking.

- Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance.

- Maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment workflows

Required Technical Skills :

Candidates must have strong hands-on production experience with :

- Next.js 15 (App Router, SSR/ISR/SSG, Server Components)

- React + TypeScript

- Tailwind CSS v4

- Framer Motion for animations and interactions

- Radix UI primitives or accessible component systems

- Advanced image optimization using next/image (AVIF/WebP formats)

- Headless CMS integration (Sanity.io or Contentful)

- Analytics implementation (Mixpanel or Amplitude)

- Monitoring & observability using Sentry and Web Vitals

- Performance optimization and Core Web Vitals improvement

- Git workflows, CI/CD, and modern deployment platforms (Vercel, Cloudflare, or AWS)

Preferred / Nice to Have :

- Experience with Edge Functions or serverless architecture

- Lighthouse CI, automated testing, or visual regression testing

- Animation libraries such as GSAP or Lottie

- SEO engineering and schema.org implementation

- Experience building scalable design systems or component libraries

- Fintech or high-traffic consumer product experience

- Lighthouse scores 90+ across Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO

- Fully optimized and crawlable website architecture

- CMS-enabled publishing workflows for non-engineering teams

- Stable deployment pipeline with monitoring and performance tracking
