Role Overview :

We are hiring a Director of Product to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Beems D2C consumer fintech mobile application across iOS and Android.

This role focuses on driving measurable business outcomes across the AARRR funnel Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue, and Referral through product-led growth and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Roadmap :

- Own and execute the long-term product roadmap

- Define quarterly OKRs aligned with growth and revenue metrics

- Balance new features, growth optimization, and technical investments

Growth & Acquisition :

- Drive organic acquisition strategies including ASO and referral loops

- Optimize onboarding and activation funnels

- Partner with marketing on product-led growth initiatives

Lifecycle & Retention :

- Own lifecycle communication strategy across Push, Email, SMS, and In-App messaging

- Design onboarding, engagement, and win-back journeys

- Improve D7, D30, and D90 retention through experimentation

Monetization :

- Drive premium subscription conversion and ARPU growth

- Design monetization experiences focused on customer value

Cross-Functional Leadership :

- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Compliance, and Customer Support

- Lead product reviews, sprint planning, and execution alignment

- Mentor and grow the product team

AI-Native Product Development :

- Use AI tools for research, analysis, and product decision-making

- Identify opportunities to integrate AI-powered capabilities into the product

Required Qualifications :

- 10 to 12+ years in Product Management with senior leadership experience

- Experience building and scaling at least one D2C consumer mobile app (iOS & Android)

- Strong understanding of product-led growth and AARRR metrics

- Proven success driving organic user growth

- Hands-on experience with lifecycle engagement platforms (MoEngage, CleverTap, Braze, etc.)

- Experience with analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude

- Strong understanding of mobile ecosystems and cross-platform development environments

- Experience building products for US or global markets

- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset

- Regular user of AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications :

- Background in consumer fintech or mobile-first consumer technology companies

- Experience with subscription-based business models

- Exposure to SEO and organic acquisition strategies

- Familiarity with US fintech ecosystem and regulations

- Experience managing distributed teams across time zones
