Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead - .NET to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality enterprise applications.

This role requires a strong hands-on technologist who can also mentor teams, drive best practices, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful business solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Lead end-to-end design and development of applications using .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET

- Define and enforce coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices

- Perform code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security

- Guide the team on application architecture, scalability, and performance optimization

Team Management & Delivery :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high productivity and technical excellence

- Plan sprint activities, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of commitments

- Support hiring, onboarding, and technical upskilling of team members

- Foster a collaborative, ownership-driven engineering culture

Application Development :

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services

- Work with SQL Server / relational databases, ensuring efficient data design and queries

- Integrate applications with third-party systems and internal platforms

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and production issues

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :

- Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and Business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions

- Translate business needs into technical designs and execution plans

- Provide regular status updates and manage risks proactively

Process & Continuous Improvement :

- Promote Agile / Scrum development practices

- Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tooling, and automation

- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and performance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Core Technical Skills :

- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in .NET development

- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web APIs

- Experience with Microservices architecture

- Strong knowledge of SQL Server / RDBMS

- Experience with REST APIs and system integrations

Tools & Technologies :

- Version control systems (Git)

- CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / Jenkins preferred)

- Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS - preferred)

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker - good to have)

- Proven experience leading development teams

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments
