Base24/UPF Developer

Role & responsibilities :

We are looking for a Base24 with UPF professional with strong experience in Production Support and Development for payment processing applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L2/L3 Production Support for Base24 and UPF applications.

- Develop, enhance, and maintain Base24/UPF applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.

- Analyze transaction failures, logs, and application issues.

- Perform bug fixes, code changes, testing, and deployments.

- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve payment-related issues.

- Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with ACI Base24.

- Hands-on experience with UPF (Universal Payment Framework).

- Experience in Production Support and Development.

- Good understanding of ATM/POS transaction processing.

- Experience with ISO 8583 and payment messaging.

- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

- Knowledge of Unix/Linux and SQL.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred :

- Experience with Base24-eps / Base24 Classic.

- Experience supporting banking/payment applications in production.

- Experience with application deployments and release management
