Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for banking and financial technology applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, administration, and technical design, with the ability to translate business requirements into efficient, high-quality Salesforce solutions.

- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Schedulers

- Build and enhance user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components

- Develop and maintain Visualforce pages, where required

- Implement and manage declarative automation using Flows, Process Builder, and other Salesforce tools

- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and profiles

- Design scalable and efficient data models aligned with business processes

- Manage and optimize workflows, approvals, and automation rules

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment across environments

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver robust Salesforce solutions

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, and performance standards

- 4-8 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer

- Strong expertise in Salesforce Development and Technical Design

- Solid experience in Salesforce Administration and Functional Design

- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and Salesforce declarative tools

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling and security model
