Role Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking professional to lead innovation and digital experience initiatives across the organization.
This role focuses on driving technology-led transformation, enhancing customer journeys, and building scalable digital solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Innovation Strategy :
- Identify new products and services by analyzing market trends and emerging opportunities
- Drive a culture of innovation through structured ideation, prototyping, and execution frameworks
- Evaluate and implement innovative solutions aligned with business goals
- Leverage data-driven insights for decision-making and prioritization
- Assess and support investment opportunities in startups and emerging technologies
Innovation Management :
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives and manage end-to-end project lifecycle
- Drive proof of concepts with startups and technology partners
- Identify and onboard suitable solution partners
- Monitor adoption and performance of digital innovation initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions
Digital and Online Experience (UI/UX) :
- Design and optimize customer journeys for web and mobile platforms
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Create user personas and scenarios for better experience design
- Ensure user-centered design principles and conversion-focused journeys
- Continuously enhance user experience through insights and analytics
Gen AI and Digital Transformation :
- Identify and implement Gen AI use cases aligned with business needs
- Drive end-to-end lifecycle of AI-led projects
- Collaborate with business and tech teams for deployment
- Ensure ethical AI practices and performance monitoring
Team Development and Innovation Culture :
- Mentor and develop innovation teams
- Promote learning through training, conferences, and industry exposure
- Track industry trends and bring relevant innovations into the organization

Key Skills and Qualifications :
- Strong experience in innovation, digital transformation, and emerging technologies
- Hands-on exposure to AI, ML, NLP, RPA, IoT, and digital platforms
- Expertise in UI/UX design, customer journey mapping, and product thinking
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience Required :
- 10 to 12 years of experience in innovation, digital, or technology roles
- Experience in BFSI industry preferred
- Proven track record in driving digital transformation initiatives
- Experience in web and mobile application ecosystems
- Exposure to digital marketing platforms like CDP and DMP is an advantage
Educational Qualifications :
- Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA/Engineer
- Certifications in Design Thinking, Digital Transformation, or UI/UX preferred
