As an SAP GRC Consultant at Bahwan CyberTek, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP Security, SAP ABAP, and infrastructure teams, to ensure the effective integration of GRC functionalities within the SAP landscape. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP security concepts, GRC processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in helping our clients maintain compliance, mitigate risks, and optimize their SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement SAP GRC solutions, including Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management, to meet client-specific requirements.

- Configure and customize SAP GRC modules to align with business processes and security policies.

- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address identified vulnerabilities within the SAP environment.

- Collaborate with SAP Security teams to define and implement security roles and authorizations.

- Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP GRC configurations, processes, and procedures.

- Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP GRC issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.

- Integrate SAP GRC with other SAP modules, including S/4 HANA and SAP EAM, to ensure seamless data flow and process integration.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP GRC releases, features, and best practices, and provide recommendations for system enhancements.

- Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.

- Mentor and train junior team members on SAP GRC concepts and technologies.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and support SAP GRC solutions, including Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management.

- Proven expertise in SAP Security concepts, roles, and authorizations.

- Experience with S/4 HANA implementations and integrations.

- Strong understanding of SAP ABAP development principles and debugging skills.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform, and their integration with SAP environments.

- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and resolving SAP GRC-related issues.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Adaptable to working in a dynamic environment and collaborating with global teams.

- Experience with SAP EAM is preferred.
