- Lead and manage cross-functional front-end and back-end development teams

- Drive technical architecture and implementation using Node.js and AWS

- Oversee full software development lifecycle from design to deployment

- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices

- Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions

- Improve engineering processes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices

- Guide integration of AI/ML components where applicable

Technical Requirements :

- Strong expertise in Node.js (Express, NestJS or related frameworks)

- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services

- Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases

- Experience with microservices architecture

- Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices

- Exposure to AI/ML tools and integrations is a plus

- Experience in travel domain products (booking systems, travel APIs, GDS, NDC, OTA standards) is highly desirable

- Exposure to mobile platforms (Android/iOS) or managing mobile teams is preferred

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field

- 8 to 13 years of overall experience in software development

- Minimum 2+ years in technical leadership roles

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
