What Youll Do :

- Design & build scalable backend systems, APIs, and workflows

- Own features end-to-end from architecture to production

- Drive system performance, scalability, and reliability

- Influence core architecture and technical decisions

Tech We Love (Flexibility Matters) :

- Python (Preferred)

- Django, FastAPI, Spring Boot, Express.js

- PostgreSQL / MySQL, Redis, Queues

- CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud

- 7+ years of backend engineering experience

- Experience building scalable SaaS / product systems
