Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Golang and Python to join our growing engineering team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and microservices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang and Python.

- Build scalable and high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, product).

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Golang (Go) and Python.

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.

- Experience in building REST APIs and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL like PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

- Exposure to distributed systems and event-driven architecture.

- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).

- Prior experience in product-based companies is a plus.
