Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go (Golang)
- Build and optimize RESTful and/or gRPC APIs
- Architect and implement microservices-based systems
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and security of applications
- Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and Frontend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Deploy and manage services in cloud-native environments
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve system efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in backend development roles
- Strong proficiency in Go (Golang)
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful or gRPC services
- Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment
Nice to Have :
- Experience in Fintech or high-transaction systems
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Exposure to monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
