Role : Backend Engineer AI/ML Systems

Experience : 1 to 5 years

Position : L1 or L2 Engineer (based on experience)

Location : Remote Bangalore

What Youll Do :

- Design and build backend services for AI/ML and data-driven workflows

- Translate ambiguous problems into robust, scalable solutions

- Build APIs and pipelines integrating models, data stores, and services

- Write clean, testable, production-grade code

- Collaborate with ML, product, and frontend teams

What Were Looking For :

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong backend engineering fundamentals (any modern language/framework)

- Solid understanding of data structures, APIs, databases, and distributed systems

- Experience building and operating backend systems in production

- Exposure to AI/ML systems or data pipelines

- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, or model integrations

- Familiarity with cloud-based, scalable architectures
