- Develop, test, and maintain robust backend services and APIs.

- Design scalable and efficient system architectures to handle growing workloads.

- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.

- Integrate third-party services, APIs, and data sources.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 3 - 7 years of experience in backend development.

- Strong proficiency in at least one backend language such as Java, Python, Node.js, or Go.

- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Solid understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and data modeling.

- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker.

- Understanding of security best practices and authentication mechanisms.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Knowledge of caching technologies (e.g., Redis) and message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools.

- Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
