Backend Developer - Node.js/Python

Role Overview :

Looking for a Backend Developer to build a scalable, multi-tenant AI platform enabling real-time interaction with 3D avatars. You'll work on APIs, system design, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop scalable backend services using Node.js or Python

- Build and manage REST APIs for platform modules

- Implement multi-tenant architecture, SSO & RBAC

- Optimize performance, security, and database operations

- Collaborate with Frontend & AI teams

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong experience in Node.js or Python

- Hands-on with REST API development

- Experience with PostgreSQL or similar DBs

- Knowledge of authentication (JWT, OAuth, SSO)

- Understanding of scalable system design

Good to Have :

- Experience with real-time systems

- Microservices architecture

- Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

- LMS (LTI 1.3) integration

- AI/ML integration exposure
