Role : Back-End Developer (Optimizely CMS/ CMP & Personalization Integration)

Experience : 3 to 6 years

Location : Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Pune

Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Back-End Developer with strong expertise in Optimizely CMS and .NET technologies to build and enhance scalable digital experience platforms. This role focuses on customizing Optimizely CMS features, developing robust integrations with CMP, CRM, and DAM systems, and enabling seamless content planning and publishing workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Customize Optimizely CMS features (content types, blocks, workflows).

- Implement integrations with CMP (Content Marketing Platform) for content planning and publishing.

- Develop APIs to connect CMP with CMS, CRM, and DAM systems.

- Configure and implement Content Recommendations & Personalization rules.

- Handle event tracking, user profile data, and personalization logic on the server side.

- Ensure platform performance, scalability, and compliance with data regulations.

- Collaborate with front-end teams to deliver personalized experiences.

Required Skills :

- Strong programming in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API.

- Experience with Optimizely CMS 12+, CMP, and Personalization.

- Familiarity with Optimizely Service API, Content Delivery API, CMP APIs, and CR APIs.

- Hands-on experience with tracking data pipelines and analytics integrations.

- Strong understanding of personalization concepts, customer segmentation, and content affinity.

- Familiarity with Azure cloud hosting and deployment pipelines.
