Backend Developer - Java/Python

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance server-side applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience building APIs and services, and the ability to work closely with frontend, DevOps, and product teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs.

- Build and consume RESTful (and/or GraphQL) APIs.

- Implement business logic, data processing, and system integrations.

- Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.

- Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language (Java, Python, Node.js, C#, or Go).

- Experience with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, Flask, Express, .NET Core, or similar.

- Solid experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).

- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

- Experience with Git and version control systems.

- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments
