About The Role :

Senior Specialist Oracle Fusion ERP Technical responsible for supporting technical development, integrations, reporting, and environment-related activities across Oracle Fusion ERP.

The role will be based out of India, Hyderabad GCC, and will work closely with functional teams, business users, and external partners to deliver reliable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and support BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, data models, templates, and extracts across Oracle Fusion ERP.

- Build and support Oracle Integration Cloud integrations, including scheduled integrations, file-based integrations, REST/SOAP services, and exception handling.

- Support Oracle Fusion technical activities across ERP modules such as Finance and SCM, including issue analysis, data validation, and technical troubleshooting.

- Assist with instance clone, environment refresh, post-refresh validation, setup checks, and coordination with Oracle support or managed service partners.

- Work with functional consultants and business users to convert requirements into technical designs, reports, integrations, and support fixes.

- Maintain technical documentation, follow change control processes, and ensure stable support for production and non-production environments.

Required Skills And Experience :

- 4 to 7 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP technical experience.

- Strong experience in BI Publisher reports, data models, bursting, templates, parameters, SQL, and report performance troubleshooting.

- Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud, including integrations using REST/SOAP, FBDI, scheduled jobs, error handling, and monitoring.

- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion instance clone, environment refresh, post-refresh validation, user/security checks, and related coordination tasks.

- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP modules, preferably Finance and SCM, from a technical support perspective.

- Ability to analyze production issues, work with functional teams, and provide timely technical fixes or workarounds.

Preferred Qualifications :

- B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, MBA, or equivalent degree.

- Experience in post go-live support or steady-state Oracle Fusion operations.

- Exposure to Oracle SaaS environment management, quarterly update testing, and regression validation.

- Knowledge of FBDI, ADFDI, ESS jobs, HDL or HSDL, security roles, and Oracle support processes.

- Experience in pharma, life sciences, or regulated environments is a plus.
