Role Overview :

We are seeking a strategic and highly experienced Senior Manager, CRM Solution & Data Architect to design the future-state CRM and customer data ecosystem. This role will define and govern the enterprise CRM, customer data, integration, and engagement architecture across Salesforce, Data Cloud, and connected enterprise platforms.

Work Schedule :

This position requires full coverage of US Eastern Time business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET) and is not a standard India daytime work schedule.

Principal Responsibilities :

- Define and own the end-to-end CRM architecture strategy supporting Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and omnichannel engagement.

- Lead customer data architecture across HCP, HCO, KOL, patient, account, territory, consent, affiliation, and engagement data domains.

- Architect integrations between Salesforce and Snowflake, IQVIA, customer master, ERP, data warehouse, marketing automation, patient services, sales enablement, and analytics platforms.

- Partner with business and technology leaders to define AI-enabled CRM, field productivity, customer engagement, and decision-support use cases.

- Ensure CRM and data solutions align with pharmaceutical, privacy, security, and records-management requirements, including HIPAA, GDPR, Sunshine Act, and FDA expectations.

Preferred Skills :

- 12+ years of progressive experience in CRM, enterprise architecture, data architecture, or solution architecture.

- 10+ years of Salesforce platform architecture experience.

- Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, Veeva, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CRM Analytics, and related capabilities.

- Experience with Salesforce AI, Agentforce, Einstein, and AI-enabled customer engagement capabilities.

- Strong knowledge of customer master data management, Customer 360, identity resolution, and data governance.

Required Certifications :

- Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, Data Architect, Integration Architect, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Identity and Access Management Architect, Data Cloud Consultant, AI Specialist, and Sales Cloud Consultant.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Management, or a related discipline. Advanced degree preferred.
