Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM / Azure Integration Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CE customization, Power Platform, Azure integration services, and CRM integrations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in developing plugins, workflows, APIs, Power Automate solutions, and client-side customizations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions based on business requirements.

- Design and develop integrations using Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Web APIs.

- Develop and maintain Dynamics CRM plugins and custom workflows using C#.

- Configure Dynamics CRM including business processes, business rules, security roles, workflows, and solutions.

- Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML.

- Develop and maintain Power Automate flows for workflow automation and system integrations.

- Configure and develop solutions using Power Apps.

- Develop integrations using the Dynamics CRM Web API.

- Design and develop PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls where required.

- Develop unit test cases for plugins and JavaScript using appropriate testing frameworks such as Jest.

- Manage solution import/export and support deployment across environments.

- Troubleshoot integration, customization, and production issues and perform root-cause analysis.

- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, QA, and technical teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Support CI/CD automation and deployment pipelines for Dynamics and Azure solutions.

Required Skills :

- 5 - 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development and integration.

- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM customization and configuration.

- Strong experience developing CRM Plugins and Custom Workflows using C#.

- Experience with Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Web APIs.

- Strong experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and TypeScript.

- Experience with Dynamics CRM Web API and CRM integration development.

- Experience with OOB Workflows, Business Rules, Security Roles, Business Processes, and Solution Management.

- Experience developing and maintaining PCF controls.

- Experience with unit testing for C# plugins and JavaScript.

- Good understanding of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
