Role Overview :

We are seeking a hands-on Azure DevOps Manager to lead our DevOps strategy, drive infrastructure modernization, implement cloud cost optimization, strengthen security posture, and enhance CI/CD automation across the organization.

This role requires a technical leader who can collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, and Security teams to build a highly efficient, secure, scalable DevOps ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

Cloud & Infrastructure Optimization :

- Analyze existing Azure & AKS infrastructure usage and implement cost-optimization strategies

- Implement right-sizing, autoscaling, spot instances, reservation models & workload placement

- Optimize AKS node pools, logging, storage usage & observability stack

- Drive proactive capacity planning and cloud cost forecasting

Security & Compliance :

- Strengthen and enforce cloud and DevOps security best practices

- Implement SAST, DAST, container scanning & image security policies

- Enforce IAM, RBAC, secret management & zero-trust security models

- Ensure audit readiness and compliance with internal & external standards

- Integrate DevSecOps practices into CI/CD workflows

CI/CD Automation & Reliability :

- Design and manage robust CI/CD pipelines for multi?environment deployments

- Implement blue?green and canary deployments

- Automate build, test, release & rollback workflows

- Improve deployment reliability, MTTR, and release frequency

- Lead observability, incident response and system reliability initiatives

Governance, Standards & Best Practices :

- Establish DevOps governance, policies, guidelines & operational guardrails

- Lead RCA processes and continuous improvement initiatives

- Build internal knowledge base, SOPs and automation culture

- Mentor DevOps engineers and guide engineering teams

Leadership & Stakeholder Management :

- Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Security & Product teams

- Translate business priorities into actionable DevOps initiatives

- Drive execution, progress visibility & reporting across teams

- Build a culture of accountability, ownership & operational excellence

Required Skills & Experience :

Technical Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience with Azure & AKS (must-have)

- Deep understanding of Kubernetes internals, scaling, networking

- Expertise in Terraform / ARM / Bicep (IaC)

- Strong experience with CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins

- Experience with monitoring & logging tools Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, App Insights

- Strong Linux, networking, load balancing & containerization skills

- Proven experience implementing DevSecOps practices

- Experience with FinOps & cloud cost governance

- Expertise with Helm is mandatory
