Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of Azure administrators, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

- Design, implement, and manage Azure infrastructure solutions, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and security components, to meet client requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Azure-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to client operations.

- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and execute cloud migration projects, ensuring a seamless transition to the Azure platform.

- Implement and enforce security best practices to protect client data and infrastructure in the Azure environment.

- Monitor Azure resources and performance, identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact client operations.

- Develop and maintain documentation for Azure infrastructure and processes, ensuring knowledge sharing and consistency across the team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of Azure administrators in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven expertise in managing and troubleshooting Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.

- Extensive experience with Azure services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, security, and automation.

- Strong scripting skills with PowerShell, enabling the automation of administrative tasks and the creation of custom solutions.

- In-depth knowledge of cloud computing concepts and best practices, including cloud migration strategies and security considerations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid work environment.
