Roles - Developer / Lead / Architect - Veeva CRM.

Purpose :

We are looking for an experienced Veeva CRM Developer / Lead with strong hands-on experience in Veeva CRM. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating and supporting Veeva CRM solutions for global Life Sciences clients.

The role requires a combination of Veeva CRM product expertise, Salesforce platform knowledge, technical development skills and strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial processes.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Veeva CRM.

- Life Sciences / Pharma domain experience Mandatory.

- Strong understanding of Veeva CRM architecture, data model and commercial processes.

- Experience with Veeva CRM configuration/customization.

- Experience with MyInsights / JavaScript / HTML / CSS is preferred.

- Understanding of CRM integrations and APIs.

- Good understanding of HCP/HCO, territory, call planning and field-force processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness and ability to transition from Veeva CRM to Vault CRM.

Veeva CRM Developer :

- 3-5 years of experience with strong hands-on Veeva CRM implementation/configuration experience and Life Sciences/Pharma domain exposure.

Veeva CRM Technical Lead :

- 8-12+ years of experience with strong Veeva CRM technical/leadership experience, Life Sciences domain expertise and experience leading implementation teams.
