Role Overview :

As an Axiom Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the AxiomSL platform to meet regulatory reporting requirements. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications. Your work will directly impact the accuracy and efficiency of regulatory reporting processes, ensuring compliance and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop AxiomSL solutions based on business requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory guidelines.

- Configure and customize the AxiomSL platform, including data sourcing, data modeling, workflow design, and report development.

- Perform thorough testing of developed solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure quality and accuracy.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AxiomSL applications, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.

- Optimize AxiomSL performance through performance tuning, code optimization, and infrastructure enhancements.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.

- Participate in data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during the migration process.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop complex solutions within the AxiomSL platform, including strong understanding of the AxiomSL Data Model and Workflow engine.

- Proven expertise in SQL and data manipulation techniques, with experience in working with various Data Sources.

- Experience in Data Migration projects, ensuring data quality and accuracy.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience in Performance Tuning of AxiomSL applications.

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work culture.
