A. Solution Conceptualization & Product Design :

Leverage hands-on SAP project experience to :

- Identify gaps in current testing approaches across SD/MM/FI processes

- Translate real-world business scenarios into testable product features

Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to :

- Design business process-driven testing frameworks

- Define reusable test scenarios aligned to SAP transactions and Fiori apps

- Incorporate cross-module dependencies (e.g., SDFI integration flows)

Provide continuous feedback based on :

- Customer interactions

- Implementation learnings

- Industry best practices

B. Requirement Gathering & Functional Documentation :

- Work closely with customers, presales, and internal stakeholders to :

- Capture functional and testing requirements

- Document detailed business scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria

Create structured artifacts such as :

- Functional specifications for product enhancements

- Act as the functional liaison between business stakeholders and development teams

C. Collaboration with Developers :

- Clearly communicate requirements to development teams by :

- Translating business needs into functional and testable requirements

- Supporting backlog grooming and sprint planning

Validate delivered features by :

- Reviewing functional alignment

- Ensuring coverage of real SAP scenarios

- Support iterative development with continuous feedback loops

D. Testing (Unit Testing & Integration Testing) :

Perform functional validation of Qyrus platform features, including :

- Unit testing of newly developed functionalities

- Integration testing across SAP modules and interfaces

Validate :

- End-to-end business process execution

- Data consistency across systems

- Integration points (OData, APIs, IDocs, RFCs)

- Ensure testing reflects real customer scenarios and production-like complexity

E. Pre-Sales Support & Demo Participation :

Support presales activities by :

- Participating in customer demos and workshops

- Showcasing real-life SAP process testing scenarios using Qyrus

Provide domain expertise to :

- Strengthen solution credibility

- Align demos with customer-specific use cases

- Assist in building industry-specific solution narratives

F. Training & Enablement :

Train internal teams including :

- Sales and Marketing teams on SAP processes and testing use cases

- Customer teams during onboarding and adoption phases

Develop :

- Training materials

- Process walkthroughs

- Demo scenarios aligned to SAP modules

- Act as a functional evangelist for modern SAP testing approaches

Required Skills & Experience :

- 48 years of SAP Functional Consulting experience

- Expertise in at least one module :

- SD (Sales & Distribution)

- MM (Materials Management)

- FI (Financial Accounting)

- Minimum 1 end-to-end SAP implementation experience

Strong understanding of :

- Core SAP business processes (O2C, P2P, R2R)

- Cross-module integrations
