Key Responsibilities :

1. Project Planning & Governance :

- Define detailed project plan covering scope, schedule, resources, milestones, and deliverables.

- Establish governance structure, cadence for reviews, and reporting mechanisms (SteerCo, PMO updates, etc.).

- Manage risk, issues, and dependencies across workstreams.

- Ensure compliance with project management methodology (Agile/Activate/Waterfall as applicable).

2. Execution & Delivery :

- Lead day-to-day project execution across all SAP modules and integrations.

- Drive key program phases Blueprinting, Build, Testing, Cutover, and Go-Live.

- Coordinate with business process owners, consultants, and technical teams for timely deliverables.

- Ensure all deliverables meet quality, documentation, and audit requirements.

3. Stakeholder Management :

- Act as a single point of contact for business leadership, IT, and implementation partners.

- Manage relationship with system integrator(s), ensuring adherence to SLAs and contractual obligations.

- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and decision-making forums.

4. Change & Communication :

- Support change management activities, including communication, stakeholder readiness, and training.

- Ensure business continuity and user adoption post-implementation.

5. Financials & Reporting :

- Own project budget, tracking actuals vs. forecast, and manage cost variances.

- Provide regular progress and risk reports to senior management and steering committee.

Key Skills & Competencies :

- Strong project/program management experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations (preferably Greenfield/Brownfield).

- Sound understanding of business processes across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Plan-to-Produce.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology, agile project tools (e.g., JIRA), and governance frameworks.

Candidate Profile :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, or Business; MBA preferred with 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 5 years managing SAP programs/projects.

- PMP / PRINCE2 / SAP Activate certification is an advantage.

- Experience in S/4HANA migration or greenfield implementation projects preferred.

- Ready for 6 months contract role in Bluru
