- Lead the design, delivery, and quality assurance of OneStream implementations across Finance Consolidation, Planning, Reporting, and Data Integration modules.

- Act as a trusted OneStream Solution Architect for clients, providing pre-sales support, solution design, and implementation oversight.

- Partner with the BD and OneStream Sales team (Singapore) to build a strong project pipeline and expand client base.

- Build, manage, and mentor the EPM/OneStream delivery team; create career development plans and training roadmaps.

- Define and enforce delivery methodology, best practices, and governance standards for OneStream projects.

- Drive utilisation and productivity across the practice; manage project P&L and resource planning.

- Contribute to the future EPM solution expansion strategy (beyond OneStream) as the practice scales.

- Maintain and strengthen the OneStream Silver Partner relationship, including meeting certification and competency requirements.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. MBA / CA / CPA / CMA is an added advantage.

Experience :

- Minimum 8-12 years of overall experience in EPM / Finance technology, with at least 5+ years of hands-on OneStream implementation experience.

- Prior experience in a practice leadership or delivery management role preferred.

Must have :

- OneStream Certified Solution Architect (mandatory / strongly preferred)

- Deep hands-on expertise in OneStream XF - consolidation, planning, reporting, cube views, business rules, and data integration.

- Proven track record of delivering full-cycle OneStream implementations independently.

- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

- Experience working with or for an EPM consulting firm or systems integrator.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales / BD teams to support pre-sales and solutioning.

- Willingness to be based out of Pune with occasional travel to Singapore and client sites.
