Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced AWS DevOps Architect to design, implement, and scale secure, resilient, and automated cloud infrastructure on AWS.

This role requires deep expertise in cloud architecture, CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, container orchestration, and DevSecOps practices. You will work closely with Engineering, Security, and Product teams to build enterprise-grade cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design scalable, highly available, and secure AWS environments

- Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives

- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform / CloudFormation

- Design containerized environments using Docker & Kubernetes (EKS)

- Establish DevSecOps practices including vulnerability scanning and compliance

- Drive monitoring, logging, and observability strategies

- Automate deployments, scaling, and configuration management

- Mentor DevOps engineers and enforce best practices

- Ensure cost optimization and cloud governance

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years in DevOps / Cloud Engineering

- 5+ years hands-on experience with AWS cloud architecture

- Strong expertise in AWS services such as :

- EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS

- EKS, ECS

- Lambda

- CloudWatch

- Route53

- ELB / ALB

- Strong experience with:

- Terraform / CloudFormation

- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)

- Docker & Kubernetes

- Linux administration

- Scripting (Python / Bash)

- Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)

- Experience with security best practices (IAM policies, encryption, network isolation)

- Strong understanding of networking concepts and high-availability design

Good to Have :

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer certification

- Experience in multi-cloud environments

- Experience in FinTech / SaaS / Product-based companies

- Exposure to microservices architecture
