Experience : 5 - 7 Years (Total IT Experience).
Work Experience :
Mandatory : End-to-end hands-on experience in 2 - 3 Amazon Connect implementations.
Position Summary :
We are looking for an experienced AWS Amazon Connect Developer with strong expertise in IVR design, contact flows, workflows, and integrations.
The ideal candidate will have led or contributed significantly to multiple end-to-end Amazon Connect projects, including design, development, deployment, and support of cloud contact center solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement Amazon Connect contact center solutions end to end
- Build and customize IVR flows, contact flows, and workflows using Amazon Connect.
- Develop and maintain Lambda functions (Node.js / Python) for call handling logic and integrations.
Integrate Amazon Connect with :
1. CRM systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.
2. Backend systems using APIs.
3. AWS services like DynamoDB, S3, Lex, CloudWatch.
- Configure call routing, queues, prompts, call recording, and reporting.
- Implement Amazon Lex chatbots / voice bots for conversational IVR use cases.
- Handle real-time and historical reporting, dashboards, and metrics.
- Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution in production.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support UAT, go-live, and post-production enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Core Skills (Mandatory) :
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Amazon Connect.
Expertise in :
- Contact flows & workflows.
- Call routing & queue management.
- Experience in 23 full-lifecycle Amazon Connect projects.
- Hands-on with AWS Lambda (Node.js / Python).
Working knowledge of AWS services :
- CloudWatch.
- S3.
- DynamoDB.
- Experience with API integrations (REST/JSON).
Nice to Have :
- Experience with Amazon Lex (voice/chat bots).
- Knowledge of Amazon Connect Chat & Tasks.
- Experience with CTI / CRM integrations.
- Exposure to AWS security best practices.
- Knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation.
