Key Responsibilities :

Network Design & Implementation :

- Assist in designing and implementing a secure network infrastructure for deploying the designated Software product.

- Deploy, configure, and maintain network dependencies for Company-specific applications

Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting :

- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including LAN, WAN, and VPN.

- Conduct root cause analysis and provide long-term solutions to recurring issues.

Configuration Management :

- Manage configuration and performance tuning of network devices.

- Implement changes and updates to network infrastructure as per company policies.

Security Management :

- Maintain network security through proper configuration of firewalls and network monitoring systems.

- Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities and risks.

Documentation & Reporting :

- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, topologies, and changes.

- Provide regular status reports and recommend improvements to optimize the network.

Collaboration & Support :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of network services.

- Provide technical support and training to internal teams as required.

Qualification And Skills :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field (preferred).

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco network devices.

- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs).

- Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, or similar).

- Basic knowledge of network security practices and firewalls.

Certifications :

- CCNA Certification is mandatory.

- Additional certifications like CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are a plus.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Good communication and documentation skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.

Good-to-Have :

- Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

- Familiarity with SDN (Software Defined Networking) and virtualization technologies.

- Hands-on experience with wireless networking and VoIP systems.
