Job Title : Project Manager IT Infrastructure & IT Security

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager IT Infrastructure & IT Security to manage and deliver enterprise-level infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives. The role requires strong coordination with IT teams, security stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with regulatory and governance standards.

Work Location & Mode :

This is a purely onsite role.

The selected candidate will be based at the client office in Muscat, Oman. Remote or hybrid work is not permitted.

Visa & Accommodation :

- Visa processing will be handled through a local Oman entity.

- Assistance with accommodation coordination can be provided if required. Accommodation cost and arrangements will be the responsibility of the candidate.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT Infrastructure and IT Security projects

- Coordinate with internal IT, security teams, vendors, and business stakeholders

- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting

- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations

- Ensure alignment with security standards, compliance, and governance frameworks

- Provide regular status updates to senior management

Required Skills & Experience :

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT Infrastructure and IT Security domains

- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and cybersecurity concepts

- Experience in banking or financial services domain is preferred

- Hands-on exposure to infrastructure projects such as data centers, networks, cloud, DR/BCP

- Exposure to security initiatives such as IAM, SIEM, SOC, DLP, VAPT, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Ability to work independently in a full-time onsite environment
