Hiring | Microsoft Purview Engineer Specialist (Team Lead)

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Purview Engineer / Specialist to lead enterprise-level data governance, compliance, endpoint security, and cloud security initiatives.

Mandatory Skills :

- Microsoft Purview DLP

- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE)

- Microsoft Defender for Cloud (MDC)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design & implement Microsoft Purview across M365 & Azure

- Lead data classification, cataloging, labeling & DLP policies

- Configure Insider Risk, eDiscovery & Information Protection

- Migrate legacy / third-party DLP solutions to Purview

- Deploy & manage Defender for Endpoint (EDR/XDR, threat hunting, IR)

- Implement Defender for Cloud & improve cloud security posture

- Integrate with SIEM/SOAR (Microsoft Sentinel preferred)

- Lead cross-functional teams & mentor junior engineers

Ideal Profile :

- 10 to 12 years overall security experience

- 5+ years in data governance, compliance & security implementations

- Strong Microsoft 365 & Azure security stack knowledge

- Experience leading enterprise security programs
