We are currently looking to close urgent openings for an IT Asset Management (ITAM) role based in Andheri East, Mumbai. This is a critical requirement and interviews will be conducted Face-to-Face at our Andheri office.

Job Description :

IT Asset Management (ITAM) :

Job Location : Andheri East, Mumbai

Work Mode : Work from Office 5 Days

Experience Required : 4+ Years

Interview Mode : Face-to-Face

Eligibility : Only local Mumbai candidates

Role & Responsibilities :

- Maintain and update IT Asset Management (ITAM) database and CMDB

- Track hardware, software, and peripheral assets across locations

- Handle asset lifecycle management (procurement, tagging, deployment, recovery, disposal)

- Coordinate with procurement and vendors for asset requisitions and disposals

- Perform asset reconciliation and periodic audits

- Investigate and resolve asset-related discrepancies

- Work with finance for cost tracking, depreciation, and budgeting

- Operate and configure ITAM tools (ServiceNow / Flexera / Lansweeper)

- Ensure software license compliance and renewal tracking

- Maintain asset ownership, movement, and lifecycle documentation

- Escalate issues to L3 ITAM / Infrastructure teams when required

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM)

- Strong exposure to CMDB & ITAM tools

- Understanding of hardware & software asset lifecycle

- Knowledge of ITIL Asset & Configuration Management

- Vendor & procurement coordination

- Strong communication and documentation skills

Important Notes :

- Infrastructure-only / Site In-Charge / managerial profiles will not be considered

- ITAM experience must be hands-on, not part of support

- No remote or hybrid options

- Only Mumbai-based candidates
