Job Description :

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Trend Micro EDR and Trellix Data Encryption. The role involves endpoint security operations, first-level incident response, threat analysis, and encryption policy enforcement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Deploy, manage, monitor, and optimize Trend Micro security solutions across endpoints, servers, cloud workloads, email, and networks

- Install, configure, and maintain Trend Micro Apex One / OfficeScan

- Implement Trend Micro Cloud One / Deep Security for server and cloud workload protection

- Configure policies : anti-malware, behavior monitoring, application control, firewall, DLP, device control, and integrity monitoring

- Set up Vision One XDR sensors and connectors

- Monitor alerts, logs, and events via Trend Micro dashboards

- Analyze malware detections, ransomware behavior, C2 traffic, exploit attempts, and vulnerability exposures

- Perform threat hunting using Vision One XDR entities, attack paths, and MITRE ATT&CK mapping

- Tune detection rules, sandbox analysis, and suspicious object lists

- Block malicious URLs, IPs, domains, and file hashes

- Triage and investigate endpoint and server security incidents

- Perform root cause analysis for malware outbreaks

- Remove malicious files, processes, and registry entries

- Manage antivirus patterns, patches, and agent updates

- Assist with Trellix Data Encryption health checks and agent deployment

- Document incidents and coordinate for deep-dive analysis

- Track endpoint agent status and escalate anomalies

Mandatory Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Trend Micro EDR

- Experience with Trellix Data Encryption

- Endpoint security incident response and malware analysis

- Strong understanding of EDR/XDR and threat response

Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent
