About the Role :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Cloud Operations Engineer to join our Cloud Operations team. The ideal candidate will support Infinity platform operations, cloud provisioning, automation workflows, and ongoing maintenance activities. This role requires hands-on experience in cloud environments and a strong understanding of DevOps tools and automation practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Support Infinity platform upgrades, planned maintenance activities, and operational enhancements.

- Manage password maintenance and access provisioning activities ensuring compliance and security best practices.

- Ensure new Infinity orders are processed accurately via CBSP (Avayas order provisioning system).

- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud-based systems and automation jobs.

- Navigate and manage cloud portals efficiently to support provisioning and operational tasks.

- Debug automation workflows and deployment pipelines to ensure seamless operations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth cloud service delivery.

- Maintain operational documentation and follow standard operating procedures.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise :

1. Strong proficiency in :

- Microsoft Azure

- Kubernetes

- Kafka

- Jenkins

- Terraform

- GitHub

- Argo CD

2. Good working knowledge of :

- Windows & Linux environments

- Command Line Interface (CLI) tools

3. Hands-on experience in cloud services provisioning and operational support (1-5 years).

4. Ability to troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and automation-related issues.

5. Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) :

- Experience with Avaya Aura platforms.

- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is highly beneficial, particularly in managing capacity and Microsoft SKU-related constraints.
