The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Avaloq customizations, integrations, and automation solutions while collaborating with business analysts and technical teams to deliver high-quality banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Avaloq Development :

- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Avaloq customizations, modules, workflows, scripts, and interfaces.

- Implement technical solutions based on functional and business requirements.

- Develop and support Avaloq banking applications and core banking functionalities.

- Participate in application enhancements, upgrades, and production support activities.

Technical Design & Development :

- Prepare technical designs and implementation approaches based on requirements provided by Business Analysts.

- Develop reusable and scalable solutions within the Avaloq ecosystem.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

- Optimize application performance and maintain technical documentation.

Automation & Scripting :

- Develop automation solutions using Python and Shell scripting.

- Support system administration, batch processing, and data handling activities.

- Build tools and utilities to improve operational efficiency and automation capabilities.

Database Management :

- Develop and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL scripts.

- Perform data extraction, transformation, querying, and performance tuning.

- Support database-related development and troubleshooting activities.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement :

- Work closely with business analysts, architects, and technical teams to deliver banking solutions.

- Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, testing, and deployment activities.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Avaloq-related issues.

- Experience in banking and financial services environments.

- Avaloq Certified Professional (ACP) certification is preferred.
