Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Automation Testing Lead to drive test automation strategy, lead QA teams, and ensure high-quality software delivery. The role involves hands-on automation, team leadership, and close collaboration with development and product teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the automation testing team across projects

- Define and implement automation test strategy, frameworks, and best practices

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and/or mobile applications

- Review test plans, test cases, and automation coverage

- Ensure integration of automation tests into CI/CD pipelines

- Perform root cause analysis of defects and work closely with developers for resolution

- Track testing progress, metrics, and report quality status to stakeholders

- Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct code/test reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in Software Testing with strong focus on Automation Testing

- Hands-on expertise in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit

- Strong programming/scripting skills in Java / Python / JavaScript

- Experience in API automation using RestAssured / Postman / Karate

- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail)

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
