Seeking an Automation Lead with 710 years of experience to drive automation strategy, lead teams, and deliver scalable automation solutions across Windows, Web, and API platforms.

Responsibilities :

- Lead end to end automation initiatives for Windows, Web, and API workloads.

- Enhance automation frameworks for reliability and scalability.

- Guide and mentor automation teams; review test scripts and technical design.

- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define automation scope and best practices.

- Provide technical solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure delivery quality.

- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and improve execution efficiency.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Appium or similar mobile automation tools.

- Solid understanding of Android/iOS automation frameworks and debugging tools.

- Proficiency in python (for automation).

- Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent analytical and problem's olving skills.

- Android Studio, ADB, UIAutomator2 macOS, Xcode, iOS Simulators, WebDriverAgent (WDA), Homebrew

- Appium Server & Appium Inspector

- Node.js/npm (Appium runtime), Git, and CI tools (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Azure Pipelines)

- Strong hands-on experience with Windows automation tools (e.g., WinAppDriver, Winium, AutoIt, or equivalent).

- Solid experience with Web automation (e.g., Selenium) and API automation (e.g., REST, Postman, ReadyAPI).

- Proven ability to lead teams and drive technical decisions.

- Strong problem's olving ability and ownership mindset.
