Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Tricentis Tosca along with Selenium or Playwright. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Automation & Testing :

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.

- Build and maintain automation scripts using Selenium or Playwright for web-based applications.

- Implement and manage end-to-end automation frameworks aligned with project requirements.

- Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable automation components.

Test Execution & Quality Assurance :

- Execute automated and manual test cases and analyze results.

- Identify, log, track, and validate defects using defect management tools.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and manual testers to ensure complete test coverage.

CI/CD & Reporting :

- Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).

- Generate test execution reports and provide clear quality metrics to stakeholders.

- Support regression, smoke, and sanity test cycles.

Collaboration & Support :

- Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and estimation activities.

- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior automation engineers.

- Actively participate in F2F discussions, demos, and walkthroughs during the drive.

Mandatory Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing / Test Automation.

- Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca Automation.

- Hands-on experience with Selenium OR Playwright (either is mandatory).

- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks, test design techniques, and QA processes.

- Experience with Web application testing.

- Good knowledge of SQL and basic API testing.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with BDD / TDD frameworks.

- Exposure to API automation (REST, Postman, REST Assured).

- Experience in Agile / Scrum environments.

- Knowledge of Version Control tools (Git, Bitbucket).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
