Automation Test Engineer - Cypress/Playwright Testing

Job Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer with 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern automation tools and cloud-based environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress and Playwright

- Build and enhance automation frameworks using JavaScript / TypeScript

- Execute automation test suites and analyze test results

- Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines

- Work closely with development and product teams to ensure high-quality releases

- Manage test cases and execution tracking using Zephyr Scale

- Perform API and UI automation testing

- Ensure test coverage across cloud-based applications

Required Skills :

- 4+ years of experience in Automation Testing

- Strong hands-on experience with Cypress and Playwright

- Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript

- Experience working in Cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Experience with Zephyr Scale for test management

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps)

- Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC

- Good problem-solving and debugging skills

Good to Have :

- Experience in API automation (Postman / REST Assured equivalent JS frameworks)

- Knowledge of performance testing concepts

- Agile/Scrum environment experience
